Member of the panel of experts for evaluations of the Spanish MEC, MICINN, Agencia Nacional de Evaluacion y Prospectiva (ANEP), Agencia Nacional de Evaluacion de la Calidad (ANECA). Referee for several scientific journals. President of the Commission for Postgraduate Studies (2005-2006), Vice-chancellor of Internationalization and Cooperation (2006-2010), Member of the Commission for Research (2002-2005), and of the Consejo de Gobierno of the University of Cordoba (2002-2010). R+D+i coordinator for the International Campus of Excellence on Agrifood (June 2010-2011).
Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis in Fusarium oxysporum, as well as transcription factors regulating lytic enzymes, protein glycosylation and cell wall biogenesis in filamentous fungi. |
