BiographyCarlos has a background in agricultural economics, with an emphasis on water research. Graduated as Doctor in the University of Córdoba (Spain), Carlos joined the University of Córdoba as an assistant professor of agricultural economics in Agricultural and Forest Engineering in 2009, after three years in the Water Economics Group of the Spanish Environmental Ministry. Previously, he had worked for the University of Cordoba in several research projects. Hydrological Resources and Environment at University of Malaga and in the expert course on Irrigation Management and Water Users Associations of the International University of Andalusia.
