Special Session at (CEC2018) as part of WCCI Rio de Janerio, Brazil, 8-13 July 2018 "IEEE CEC 2018 is a world-class conference that aims to bring together researchers and practitioners in the field of evolutionary computation and computational intelligence from all around the globe".
Aims and Scope
This session aims to bring together both theoretical developments and applications of Computational Intelligence to software engineering (SE), i.e. management, design, the development, operation, maintenance, and testing of software. All bio-inspired computational paradigms and machine learning techniques are welcome, such as Genetic and Evolutionary Computation, including Multi-Objective Approaches, Fuzzy Logic, Intelligent Agent Systems, Neural Networks, Cellular Automata, Artificial Immune Systems, Swarm Intelligence, and others, including machine learning techniques.
This special session aims to provide a forum for the presentation of the latest data, results, and future research directions on Evolutionary Methods and Machine Learning in Software Engineering. The special session invites submissions in any of the following areas:
