Antonio Aparicio Ibáñez

Antonio Aparicio Ibáñez graduated in Food Science and Technology in 2023 from the University of Córdoba. He obtained a Master’s degree in Chemical Tools for the Agri-food and Environmental Industry in July 2024, also from the University of Córdoba. In the same year, he joined the Supramolecular Analytical Chemistry research group of the Analytical Chemistry Department as a PhD researcher. His research focuses on the extraction of bioactive compounds from different food by-products.
