Luis Muñiz de Bustamante graduated in Food Science and Technology in 2019. After obtaining the master’s degree in Applied Chemistry specialized in Fine Chemistry and Nanochemistry in 2020, he joined the Supramolecular Analytical Chemistry research group of the Analytical Chemistry Department of the University of Córdoba as a PhD student. For this position, he was selected for a competitive research contract. His research focuses on the synthesis of supramolecular solvents for the extraction of emerging contaminants and high value-added products from agri-food waste. As well as developing new analytical methods for their determination, acquiring knowledge and experience in analytical techniques such as liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
