About me
Carlos Calero Cañuelo was born in Villanueva de Córdoba (Spain) in 1998. He studied Chemistry at University of Córdoba (Spain) from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, he studied a double master´s degree “Máster Universitario en Profesorado de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas + Química Aplicada”.
His Master Thesis were focused on the use of particulate materials in the determination of opioids by mass spectrometry.
Nowadays, he has started his doctoral thesis in Fine Chemistry thanks to a pre-doctoral grant (FPU). His research is focused on the modification of lignocellulosic materials and the use of particulate materials in solid phase microextraction and the determination of different compounds by mass spectrometry.
He has participated in different events like X Congreso Científico de Investigadores en Formación “El arte de investigar” (Universidad de Córdoba), XXIV International Symposium on Advances in Extraction Technologies (XXIV-ExTech).
