N.L. Fernández-García received the bachelor degree in Mathematics from Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) in 1988. He received the Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) in 2002. Since 1990, he has been working with the Department of Computing and Numerical Analysis at Córdoba University. He is a lecturer of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Cordoba University. His research is focused on edge detection, 2-D object recognition, and evaluation of computer vision algorithms.
