The beneficiaries of the European LIFE Innocereal EU project met on 20 November in preparation for the monitor’s visit on 19 December to analyse the tasks carried out so far for the sustainable production of cereals.
The initiative aims to develop innovative actions in soil management and the use of agrochemicals to improve the environmental, economic and social sustainability of the production of common wheat, durum wheat and barley.
Specifically, the meeting was held to share the technical progress of each of the beneficiaries and to review the financial aspects to date.
In addition, the goals to be achieved in the new campaign and the deadlines for each work package were discussed, taking into account that in the first quarter of 2024 we will have the delivery of the Interim Report to the European Commission.
