• Member of the Field II Advisory Board (Chemistry) of CNAI in 1999 and President of the Institution in 2000.
  

Research Expertise

• Professor Ruiz conducted research in the field of Electrochemistry from 1974 to 2005. His current research concerns the field of biofuels.
• He has published 80 articles in scientific journals and is the author of 4 textbooks.
