PhD candidate
Ángela Rivera-Izquierdo is a PhD candidate in Literature and Gender Studies at the University of Granada (Spain). She holds an MA in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Granada. She currently holds a la Caixa PhD scholarship for pursuing doctoral studies in Spain. Her research interests focus on gender studies, particularly Critical Studies of Men and Masculinities (CSMM) and communitarian theory in contemporary British fiction. Her work has been published in Estudios Irlandeses, ES Review or Syracuse University Press.
