Application dates
For the winter semester:
- Nomination and registration: Until 30 June
- Application and documents: Until 31 July
For the summer semester:
- Nomination and registration: 1 November - 31 December
- Application and documents: Until mid February
Application procedure
When applying for Erasmus+ SMS, please follow this procedure BEFORE coming to our university:
- The Erasmus coordinator of your host University should nominate you by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- You will receive an email with a link to our SIGMA application web system. The incoming should sign in and fill in all the requested personal and academic information.
- Once the application is accepted and you have received a notification, you will be requested to send us your transcript of records and the duly signed Learning Agreement by email. Please feel completely free to contact us for any question.
- After completing the learning agreement, you may receive further instructions to complete your registration procedure.
When preparing your mobility, please remind that you will be asked to bring the following documents:
- Student sheet (academic course 2017/18) - must be given to the receiving coordinator after arrival
- Scanned copy of the passport or identity card
- European Health Insurance Card
- Accident and travel insurance
- Two passport-size photos
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The nomination should be sent from an institutional address (Erasmus coordinator or Departmental coordinator) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
- The host Erasmus coordinator or institutional representative should be CC'ed in any email containing a requested document.
- Notice that lectures are mostly taught in Spanish (bachelor and master thesis could be conducted in English). A B1 level in Spanish is recommended for a better comprehension.
- Documents should be typed, not handwritten.
- Visit the ORI website (Office for International Affairs of the University of Córdoba) for further information and requirements.
- The deadline to submit the documents marked in blue:
- 31 July for semester one or full year students.
- 31 December for semester two.
Arriving in Córdoba
Once you arrive to Córdoba, arrange an appointment with the Erasmus coordinator (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Be prepare to provide the documents listed above.
