Jose A. Salinas-Perez (PhD) is an assistant professor in the Department of Quantitative Methods of the Universidad Loyola Andalucía (Spain). He holds Master’s Degrees in Geographic Information Systems and in urban and regional planning. He has collaborated in diverse scientific articles and research projects focus on health geography, demographics and health indicators, geostatistics and spatial data analysis, spatial epidemiology, technical efficiency, and health service research. He has also been a visiting academic in the Mental Health Policy Unit of the University of Sydney.
