Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Córdoba in 2018. She began her work that same year as Head of Quality and Production in the animal feed sector. She finished the Master in Veterinary Public Health during the year 2021 and currently works in the Department of Bromatology and Food Technology within the European Project "ARTISANEFOOD: Innovate Bio-interventions and risk modelling approaches for ensuring microbial safety and quality of mediterranean artisanal fermented food", combining it with her doctoral studies.
