Graduated in Food Science and Technology at the University of Córdoba in 2019. She completed the Master in Education during the 2019-2020 academic year and later the Master in Agri-Food in the 2020-2021 academic year, both at the University of Córdoba. Currently a doctoral student and enjoying a University Personnel Training contract (FPU), working within the European project AQUASAFEFISH: Proposal of predictive models and advanced molecular characterization techniques for the application of bio-preservation treatments and packaging technologies in products. aquaculture plants minimally processed and ready for consumption in Andalucia.
