On May 2005, the “Vinegar and Acetic Acid Bacteria. International Symposium” was held in Reggio Emilia (Italy) under Prof. Giudici´s organisation. See details on the site: http://www.vinegars2005.com

On July 2004, the First Viticultural Symposium of Andalucia was held at Puerto Real (Cádiz, Spain). The symposium was organised by “El Centro Andaluz de Investigaciones Vitivinícolas” (University of Cádiz). Several research groups of the network collaborated in the programme. It worth to notice the many Xerry vinegar producers among the attendants.

On October 2003 a first symposium on R+D+I on Wine Vinegar Production was held on Tarragona (Spain) under the coordination of Prof. Mas. Although the core of the meeting was devoted to scientific issues, one of the main goal was to introduce the network to producers and related companies.
