On 10 July, the HRS4R Working Group met to discuss the renewal phase of the HRS4R Award. This meeting was attended by the representatives of the Vice-Rectorates involved in the management of the HRS4R strategy and the PTGAS staff related to the human resources management procedures for research. In addition, researchers with different profiles (R1-R4) who will participate in the monitoring of the HRS4R strategy also attended.
The Working Group will meet every six months in order to monitor the actions included in the current Action Plan and the indicators associated with them. In addition, as part of the continuous improvement process, modifications or proposals to be considered in the Action Plan will be raised at these meetings. As a result of these meetings, the corresponding minutes will be generated and will be available for consultation on the HRS4R seal website.
