If you are a UCO student (or have been), you already have your UCO credentials to enter the SIGMA system (UCO email account: xxxx @uco.es), IMPORTANT: do not register again; and you must make your application for admission through the "OLD STUDENT WITH UCO INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT" link. If, you do not have a username at the UCO, then you will have to previously register in the SIGMA system, and then apply for admission through the "NEW STUDENT WITHOUT INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT" links.

identifying yourself with the same credentials used to previously access SIGMA:

   Usuario: UCO email account (without @uco.es)
   Contraseña: mail password

  If you do not remember your username and password, recover it by following the renewal instructions within the admission application link. If you are a foreign student who does not have identification with your FNMT Digital Certificate of Natural Person, you must contact the person who manages your doctoral program at the doctoral secretary.

NEW STUDENT WITHOUT INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT

New students without a UCO email account must use the following link to register and will obtain a username and a temporary password that will allow them to access SIGMA (Academic Management Program) and carry out the procedure(s) they need: 

               REGISTRATION IN THE SIGMA APPLICATION

At the end of registration you will obtain a student identification number -NIA-. To access the SIGMA platform and apply for admission, you must use the following link:

Your username will be the NIA and the password will be the document with which you registered -DNI, NIE, Passport-:

    Usuario: NIA
    Contraseña: NIF, (or NIE or Passport)

DEADLINES TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION

 For the 2024/2025 academic year:

  •  Phase One (apt for those finishing their Master's degree in July or September):  from 2 September 2024 until 23:59 on 4 October 2024.
  • Phase Two (apt for those finishing their Master's degree in December, have had to do previous Complementary Training, or anyone who was not able to do so in the first phase): from 13 January 2025 until 23:59 on 20 January 2025.
