(04/10/2012) UGT pide revisar la aplicación del recorte salarial del RDL 20-2012 en la UCO

UGT pide a la Gerencia de la UCO que se proceda urgentemente a la revisión de la forma en que se está aplicando el recorte salarial del RDL 20/2012, atendiendo a que la Ley 3/2012, de 21 de septiembre, de Medidas Fiscales, Administrativas, Laborales y en materia de Hacienda Pública para el reequilibrio económico-financiero de la Junta de Andalucía establece:

  1. Que el recorte salarial del RDL 20/2012 no debe ser superior el importe de la paga extra de diciembre, cuando al PAS Laboral se está recortando prácticamente un 150% de su paga.
  2. Que el prorrateo de este recorte salarial debe respetar que la retribución íntegra mensual correspondiente a la jornada completa no sea inferior a 1.000 euros netos.
